Nyanduti is a lace that originates from Paraguay in South America.
It is a representative handicraft of Paraguay that has been passed down as women's work.
Beautiful lace with vibrant colors using plenty of primary colors and patterns born from the nature and lifestyle of Paraguay.
In 2015, Japan's first book introducing Nyanduti was published.
This is the second book following ``Nyanduti, a rainbow-colored lace handed down in Paraguay.''

In this book, we want you to experience the beauty of Nyanduti, so we have created accessories with color schemes and designs that you will want to incorporate into your everyday outfit.
We are introducing 23 accessories made by combining basic motifs, such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

Nyanduti is a lace technique that uses a cloth stretched over a frame as a base, and uses a sewing needle and thin thread to create patterns by passing the threads in radial and parallel directions, adding darning, knotting, and weaving. That's one.
Although it is an unusual method for lace, there are few types of techniques and it is simple.
To make it easier even for beginners, we have designed various shapes such as circular, triangular, leaf, and tape.
It is based on the Nyanduti motif and explains in detail how to make it.
Once you can make one motif, you can enjoy making accessories with various designs, such as changing the color or making multiple and combining them.

The first book explains how to make traditional Nyanduti motifs, but the second book has smaller-sized motifs that are easy to use in making works.
This content is easier for beginners to tackle.
