There are many pouches that you will want to use right away. 

Most of the pouches are lined, but there are no detailed instructions on how to process them, so if you finish sewing in the order described and turn it inside out, the outer fabric and the inside of the lining will be stiff, and the finished product will be of low quality. For works that are lined and turned inside out, there are no instructions on how to round off the corners, make cuts in the curved parts, or iron the edges to fold them, so I thought that only people with sewing experience could finish them neatly. Many of the works do not come with patterns, so it is a hassle to measure the length and draw lines on the fabric, but many of the methods are easy to make, and I think it is a good idea to make your own patterns for things you want to make repeatedly.

Overall, I think this book is not aimed at complete beginners, but is highly recommended for those who are looking for something a little more elaborate. I would like to buy the second volume or a book on bags in the same series if one is released.
