[Author] Sayo Koizumi
An illustrator who mainly draws cats. Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts and completed the master's course at the same university's graduate school. His books include "Cat Punch - Living with Two Cats", "Goodbye, Chojiro" (KK Bestsellers), and "Let's Become Better Friends with Cats!" (KADOKAWA). He has co-authored "I Want to Go Home with Cats" and "11 Things I Want to Tell People Who Are Thinking of Keeping a Cat" (tanka and essays by Nio Satoshi, illustrations by Koizumi Sayo, Tatsumi Publishing). He is responsible for the illustrations for the serialized "I Want to Go Home with Cats" (tanka and essays by Nio Satoshi) in the cat magazine Nekobiyori (Tatsumi Publishing). His illustrations have also been published in many books, magazines, stationery, etc. He has held many solo exhibitions.
