In Turkish, "oya" means lace knitting, and "ine" means sewing needle.

Ineoya has been knitted since the Ottoman Empire era, and was mainly used as an ornament for the religious scarves of Turkish women.
It was passed down from mother to daughter, and from daughter to child.
Although there are fewer people making it these days, it is a beautiful traditional craft that is still passed down in villages across Turkey.

Following the highly popular first volume published by our company, ``Turkish Small Lace Knitting His Oya'', this book has increased the number of works and is structured specifically for handmade items.
Accessories such as earrings, necklaces, and hair ties, as well as small items such as cushions, babouches, and bookmarks.
We are introducing approximately 25 items that are easy to incorporate into modern Japanese life, ranging from those that incorporate traditional motifs to original items.

This book mainly introduces Eineoya, but it also provides easy-to-understand explanations with knitting diagrams, so even beginners can feel at ease.
In addition, there are works that incorporate slightly more advanced Epheoya, and original motifs with new designs, which will satisfy even core Oya fans.
